This Privacy Policy covers ordinary personal information collected through YourPauza.com. Health-related information is also subject to our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Health Data & AI Consent.

1. Scope and Who We Are

LivingX LLC operates YourPauza.com and the Your Pauza services ("Your Pauza," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit the website, create or use an account, subscribe to communications, contact us, or otherwise interact with Your Pauza.

Your Pauza is focused on menopause, midlife health, wellbeing, education, AI-assisted guidance, and care navigation. Health-related information may be subject to additional rules described in the separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address.
  • Account information and login-related details if account features are offered.
  • Messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, and other communications you send us.
  • Newsletter, event, waitlist, or marketing preferences.
  • Content or information you submit through website features, subject to the additional health-data terms described below.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and similar technical information.
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, session dates and times, and general interaction information.
  • Cookie identifiers and similar technology data used for essential functionality, preferences, security, and permitted analytics.

Consumer Health Data

If you use health questionnaires, personalized health features, or health-related AI experiences, you may choose to provide sensitive health information. Our collection and use of that information is addressed in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and, where required, through a separate Health Data & AI Consent experience.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Your Pauza.
  • Create and administer accounts and requested features.
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and communications.
  • Send newsletters or marketing communications when you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by law.
  • Understand website performance and general usage trends.
  • Protect the website, users, and LivingX LLC from fraud, abuse, security threats, and unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Carry out other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Service Providers

Some Your Pauza features use artificial intelligence and third-party technology providers acting on behalf of LivingX LLC. Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the requested functionality, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

We do not authorize service providers acting on our behalf to use identifiable Consumer Health Data for their own targeted advertising. Our Medical & AI Disclaimer explains important limitations of AI-generated information.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary and permitted by law:

  • Hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, authentication, and website operations providers.
  • AI and technology processors used to provide requested Your Pauza functionality.
  • Email, communications, customer-support, and newsletter providers.
  • Analytics providers configured to receive only information appropriate for analytics purposes.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or legal representatives when necessary.
  • Government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • A successor or transaction counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Independent professionals or services you choose to contact through Your Pauza have their own privacy practices. LivingX LLC does not automatically provide them your sensitive health questionnaire or AI-chat content merely because they appear on or are discoverable through Your Pauza.

6. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Sensitive Data

LivingX LLC does not sell Consumer Health Data. We do not use the contents of health questionnaires or health-related AI conversations for cross-site targeted advertising.

Where applicable law requires consent before processing sensitive personal information, Your Pauza will seek consent through an appropriate mechanism. Acceptance of general website terms is not intended to substitute for any separate consent required for sensitive health data.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

YourPauza.com may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, preferences, and analytics. Non-essential technologies may be presented through a consent or preference mechanism where required by applicable law.

You can also control many cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

We do not intentionally configure advertising technologies to receive the contents of health questionnaires or health-related AI conversations.

8. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the message. Marketing consent is separate from consent to collect or process health information. We may still send non-marketing communications concerning accounts, security, legal notices, or requested services.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or deidentify it, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

10. Security

LivingX LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, network, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for using appropriate care when transmitting sensitive information.

11. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@livingx.llc. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Texas residents

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, Texas residents may exercise the rights available under that law. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal. If an appeal is denied, our response will provide information about how to contact the Texas Attorney General where required.

12. Health Data Rights

Additional rights and disclosures concerning Consumer Health Data are described in the separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. Requests concerning Consumer Health Data may be submitted to the same privacy contact listed below.

13. Children and Minors

Your Pauza is intended primarily for adults and its personalized health and AI services are intended for users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit Consumer Health Data from children through those services. If you believe a minor has improperly provided personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and address the situation.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Your Pauza may link to independent websites, professionals, products, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

15. International Visitors
